Youth Size appx. 5.5x9.5 but looks good on adult size apparel too!
Press at 290-320*F for 10 seconds. Wait 30 seconds and peel cool. Cover with parchment paper or Teflon sheet and repress for 7-10 seconds. See full pressing instructions HERE.
